Two Rochester men in their 40s were arrested by Ontario County Deputies Wednesday after they stole a car, then used it to go on a shoplifting spree at Eastview Mall.
Austin Scaife and Joseph Clark were caught at the J.C. Penny store with more than $2,000 worth of stolen merchandise.
Clark was released on an appearance ticket, but Scaife was turned over to Irondequoit police for oustanding warrants.
