Rochester plays back-to-back home games versus St. John’s IceCaps and Bridgeport Sound Tigers.
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Rochester Americans kickoff a busy March schedule this weekend with back-to-back home games on Friday, March 3 against the St. John’s IceCaps and Saturday, March 4 versus the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. Both games are slated for a 7:05 p.m. start at the Blue Cross Arena.
Ticket specials for this weekend’s games include the Zweigle’s Family Four Packs on Friday or the McDonald’s Family Nights for Saturday. The Genesee Pregame Happy Hour runs from 6-7 pm on both nights in the Genesee Brew House Upper Atrium Bar, featuring live music from Jim Lane (Friday) and Acoustic Brew (Saturday) and $2 drafts of Genesee and Genesee Light.
Friday’s game against St. John’s falls on Hall of Fame Night presented by Seneca Resorts and Casinos. Prior to the game, the Amerks will induct former Calder Cup winner and team captain Scott Nichol and longtime team reporter Kevin Oklobzija into the team’s Hall of Fame during an on-ice ceremony. The newest members of the Hall of Fame will sign autographs for fans during the first intermission in the upper atrium.
