ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Rochester Americans announced on Tuesday their promotional schedule for the 2016-17 season, featuring the return of several popular theme nights, T-shirt packages, guest appearances, Pregame Happy Hours and more. As always, the Amerks will offer ticket specials, promotional packages, special group rates and exciting youth hockey experiences throughout the season.
Season Long Promotions
Pregame Happy Hour: The Amerks will host a Genesee Pregame Party Happy Hour prior to every Friday and Saturday home game this season in the Genesee Brew House Upper Atrium Bar, featuring live music and $2 drafts of Genesee and Genesee Light. A full schedule of performers for the season can now be seen on Amerks.com (subject to change).
Zweigle’s Family Four Packs: Zweigle’s Family Packs are available for every Amerks Friday and Sunday home game during the 2016-17 Season. For just $25 per person, fans will receive one Lower Level ticket, one hot dog and one soda, representing a savings of 40%. A minimum of four tickets is required in order to purchase the Zweigle’s Family Pack.
Buckmans Car Wash: Every time the Amerks play a home game, fans will receive a $2.99 discounted car wash from Buckmans Car Wash the next day when they present a ticket stub from the game.
Distillery Eats & Seats: This popular package returns for another year as fans can purchase a Lower Level ticket and $10 gift card to The Distillery for just $25.
Puck Bucks Family Packs: Available for every Amerks home game during the 2016-17 season, for just $25 per person each fan will receive one Lower Level ticket and $10 in food vouchers to be redeemed at any Blue Cross Arena concession stand. A minimum of four tickets is required in order to purchase the Puck Buck Family Pack.
Kids Tickets: The Amerks are offering a special Kids Ticket price of just $10 per seat for kids age 2-6 with the purchase of an adult ticket at the Box Office for all home games.
Taco Bell We Win, You Win: With an Amerks victory, fans can show their ticket at any participating Taco Bell locations for one free seasoned beef taco. The offer is limited to one taco per person per ticket.
Taco Bell In-Store Friday Night Promotion: Fans can head to Taco Bell and receive a coupon good for a $16 best available ticket to any Friday night Amerks home game. Coupons can be redeemed online at ticketmaster.com or by turning it in at the Blue Cross Arena Box Office.
Moe’s Hot Player of the Game: At each home game, three Amerks players will be selected as the “hot players” of the game. If any of the three Amerks players scores a goal, fans will be able to show their ticket stub for 50% off any entrée at participating Moe’s locations the following day. If any of the three Amerks players scores a hat trick, fans will also be able to show their ticket for an enhanced offer (free burrito) at participating Moe’s locations the following day.
Score With Filgers: Score with Filgers! The more the Amerks score, the more you score. With each goal scored during a home game, fans have up to 48 hours to show their ticket at Filger’s on East Avenue for a free beer, maximum of three.
Star Toss Presented by Foodlink: Fans can purchase foam stars, one for $1 or six for $5, in the upper atrium outside of section 116. The star that lands closest to the center faceoff dot will win half of the money collected. Star Toss takes place during the second intermission of Friday and Saturday games.
Advantage FCU Custom Amerks Debit Card: The Amerks and Advantage Federal Credit Union have partnered to create a custom Amerks Debit Card that includes a special “give-back” feature and provide fans with an “Extra Man” Advantage. Amerks fans can obtain the custom debit card at any Advantage FCU location. Every time customers use their Amerks debit cards, Advantage FCU will donate a portion of its profits annually to the Villa of Hope Fund. In addition, cardholders can show their Amerks debit card at the Blue Cross Arena Box Office to purchase a ticket in the Advantage FCU Members Sections (Section 101 and 129 located behind the Advantage FCU Party Deck) for just $13. Cardholders can also receive a 10% discount off their entire purchase at the Amerks Team Store presented by Adpro Sports.

Rochester’s next home game is on Friday, Oct. 21 as the Amerks host the first visit of the season from the Toronto Marlies. Individual game tickets for the 2016-17 season start at just $12.
