A judge is expected to issue a verdict tomorrow (Fri.) in the case of a SUNY Geneseo student who stole an ambulance and drove it on a drunken joyride around the village.
Colin Dahlberg of Pittsford was tried before a judge today on charges including grand larceny, possession of stolen property, obstructing emergency medical services and DWI. Dahlberg allegedly drove off with the ambulance while a crew was on the Geneseo Campus, helping another intoxicated person who needed to go to the hospital.
Livingston County District Attorney Greg McCaffrey says they weren’t able to help that patient because of Dahlberg’s actions.
