Rochester Police have declared an AMBER Alert for a missing Rochester 14-year-old.
They say Joanna Coates was abducted on LaSalle Street about 7:00 
Saturday evening. She’s five-four, 100 pounds and has her hair dyed purple. She was last seen wearing a blue Nike shirt an black leggings with Timberland boots.
Coates is believed to be with 41-year-old Robert Gonzalez. They believe Coates may be in danger and that the two may have been heading for New York City.
