Around 7,000 RG&E customers are still waiting for their power to come back on after the Wednesday Wind Storm…and it’s a race to get the hard-to-reach homes and businesses back on line before the Nor’easter snow storm hits us tonight and tomorrow.
AVANGRID, which is the parent company for both RG&E and NYSEG, says it met the goal of 90 percent restoration by last night. It still has nearly 3,000 people in the field including mutual aid from six states and three Canadian provinces.
