A 6th woman has now accused Governor Andrew Cuomo of inappropriate behavior, and the governor repeated his denial of any wrongdoing in a conference call with reporters an hour later.

The Albany Times Union reported Tuesday afternoon that a woman had come forward to say she had been on the governor’s staff, and was touched inappropriately while at the governor’s mansion for work.

Cuomo said he wasn’t aware of the report, then repeated his assertion that he never touched anyone inappropriately, and that nobody had ever told him at the time he was making them uncomfortable. The governor deflected a question on whether he will seek a fourth term.

Republicans in the State Assembly repeated their call for the governor to resign
