Rochester Gas and Electric has about 400 hard-to-reach connections still to restore from the windstorm a week ago. Fewer than a hundred each are in Greece and Irondequoit, which were the hardest-hit towns.
Crews have been working straight through the nor-easter, in pretty miserable conditions, to get the rest of the connections back up and running.
