Gates Police say a Bergen man was killed Wednesday evening in a three-way crash on Spencerport Road.
They say 63-year-old Paul Laudico died when a garbage truck rear-ended a car waiting to turn left onto Virginia Manor Road. The impact shoved the car into the oncoming lane, where it was hit by a pickup truck.
Laudico was driving the car and was pronounced dead at the scene. Nobody else was hurt.
Police say they’re still investigating but expect to file charges.
