A Rochester man has been charged with DWI, driving without a license and failure to yield right of way after a three-way crash in front of the Perinton Wegmans.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says 34-year-old Anthony Loquasto was charged after a car fleeing from a Macedon police officer collided with two other cars at the corner of Route 31 and Black Watch Trail.
Macedon police had been following the car as part of their investigation into a larceny that occurred at the Tractor Supply Store on Route 31 in Macedon. The officer terminated his pursuit because the car was driving erratically before the crash.
Two men from the car that caused the crash and the drivers of the other two cars were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital to be treated for their injuries.
Loquasto will also face charges from Macedon Police.
