Three people involved in the kidnapping and murder of a Rochester man have been sentenced to life terms in state prison.

Tyshon Myles, Genesis Colon and Alvin Hancock were all sentenced today in State Supreme Court. All were found guilty of kidnapping, murder and robbery charges in the death of Moran Wilson. Wilson was beaten and suffocated during a kidnapping attempt last year, and his body was buried in the backyard of 52 Dayton Street in Rochester. Police discovered his remains after a missing person report was filed.

Prosecutor David Dys said it’s the end of a long, tragic and violent case.
