Three Rochester teenagers are under arrest after an armed carjacking Saturday afternoon on Rocket Street. Rochester police say the 2019 GMC Acadia was stolen at gunpoint by three teenage males. One of the suspects has been arrested twice this month for carjacking.
State Police spotted the stolen SUV late Sunday night in the area of North Goodman and East Main Streets and gave chase. The chase ended on North Union Street, where troopers arrested a 15-year-old, 16-year-old and 17-year-old. All were referred to Monroe County Family Court.
Police say the 16-year-old is the same juvenile arrested on March 17 for carjacking a vehicle from Dunn Street.
