Police have made a second arrest in the death of a man on Bardin Street last month.
They charged 30-year-old Randall Scott with second degree murder in the shooting of Parris Washington, whose body was found in the back yard of a house on Bardin Street on June 19th.
Parolee Olajuwan Holt was previously charged with second degree murder as well.
