I-590 was closed for a time Tuesday night after a woman drove the wrong way on the expressway, causing a crash that fortunately didn’t injure anyone. The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office charged 28-year-old Michelle Intschert of Spencerport with DWI and reckless driving. Deputies say she was driving south in the northbound lanes near Monroe Avenue.
