A Rochester man is in critical condition after being shot early Thursday morning on 5th Street. Rochester police say the 22-year-old victim made it to Rochester General Hospital on his own and asked for help. He’s in critical but stable condition. Police say they have no suspect in custody and they continue to investigate.
