A jury has been seated for the bank robbery and murder trial of Richard Leon Wilbern in federal court in Rochester. Wilbern is the man accused of carrying out the robbery at the Xerox Federal Credit Union in Webster in 2006. Opening arguments and testimony in his trial begin on Thursday.
