A signal from Rochester’s ShotSpotter system led police to the 800 block of Hudson Avenue late Thursday night. Meanwhile, the shooting victim was being driven to Rochester General Hospital in a private car. Police say a 16-year-old boy suffered gunshot wounds to his lower body but is expected to recover. The investigation is ongoing.
