Federal prosecutors say a Puerto Rican man convicted of selling fentanyl in Rochester has been sentenced to nearly four years in prison. The U.S. Attorney’s office says 29-year-old Xavier Hernandez-Gerena was arrested for selling fentanyl last summer and police seized quantities of the drug from him nearly a year ago.
