Man Shot on South Plymouth Avenue

A 26-year-old Rochester man is recovering after he was shot in the upper body late Tuesday night in the area of Columbia Street and South Plymouth Avenue.   Police responded to the area for a report of gunshots and found the victim, who was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment. Police are still investigating.
