All roads are back open after a water main break at Monroe Avenue and Woodland Road in Pittsford. All lanes were open again as of 8:30 a.m. although the Monroe County Water authority was still working at the scene. The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says the break happened about 5:30 in the morning.
The national average gasoline price is still rising, but Rochester’s regional price leveled off last week. The AAA says the national average is up three cents to $2.43 a gallon.
