Earthquake Beneath Lake Ontario Draws Little Notice

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, an earthquake took place beneath Lake Ontario on Wednesday.   Most people wouldn’t have been able to feel the 2.0 magnitude earthquake that happened about 14 miles northwest of Brockport. Seismographs picked it up shortly before 2:30 p.m. It was about three miles beneath the surface.
