Residents of the North Clinton Avenue area in Rochester rallied Tuesday against the opioid drug crisis, forming a human chain along the road north of downtown to disrupt drug dealers. The Ibero American Action League organized the “No Mas” campaign as a grassroots effort against heroin and opioid drugs which have spread through the area.
