An AMBER alert for a missing Genesee County girl was canceled Thursday when she was found safe in Mansfield, Pennsylvania. The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office said 14-year-old Kamerie Elliot and Guillermo Torres-Acevedo were found together. The girl was unhurt. Elliot has been returned to her family, while Torres-Acevedo is being extradited back to Genesee County. […]
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says two people lost their lives when fire engulfed their home on County Road 33 in South Bristol Thursday night. Six fire companies were needed to fight the late night fire. The cause and the names of the victims have not yet been released.
