An 18-year-old Rochester man was stabbed Sunday Afternoon on Jay Street. He’s expected to recover after being stabbed in the upper body. Police say the victim was stabbed on the 700 block of Jay Street about 12:40 p.m. He was treated at Strong Memorial Hospital.
