A Seneca Falls man has been charged with receipt and possession of child pornography. Federal prosecutors say 32-year-old Matthew Urquhart was found to be actively trading child porn from a mobile home in Seneca Falls. A search of two residences owned by Urquhart turned up multiple images and videos of child pornography.
