Ogden police have a man in custody after resolving a situation in Spencerport. Officers cordoned off the area around Evergreen and Amity Streets in the village Tuesday afternoon after a man barricaded himself inside a house. He was taken into custody without incident after a brief standoff. Another person in the home wasn’t hurt.
