A 10-year-old child who ran out into Parsells Avenue while playing with friends Sunday night was struck by a passing car. Rochester police say the child’s injuries were minor and the driver stopped and remained on scene until police arrived. No tickets have been issued and the child was treated at Strong Memorial Hospital.
