A Rochester man was hit by a car while crossing Saratoga Avenue early Wednesday morning. The driver took off down Lyell Avenue. The pedestrian suffered minor injuries and walked home to call 911. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment and the investigation continues.
