Canandaigua Police have arrested a Rochester man for selling heroin in that city. They charged 27-year-old David Martin of Rochester with criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was arrested after a joint police and Ontario County Sheriff’s Office investigation into drug sales in Canandaigua.
