A Rochester man was arrested after Ontario County Deputies caught him with five pounds of marijuana in his car. Twenty-year-old Daniel Hoefler was pulled over for faulty equipment. Deputies found two forms of marijuana and a bundle of money. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, and further charges are pending.
