The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says a 34-year-old Geneva man has been arrested on a charge of first degree rape. They say Joseph Colon allegedly had sex with a child under the age of 11. The incident happened eight years ago in Geneva. Colon was being held pending a court appearance.
