Driver Charged With Vehicular Manslaughter

Rochester Police have upped the charges against Michael Roderiques to first degree vehicular manslaughter as well as drunken driving. The 27-year-old Irondequoit man struck and killed a man walking along Atlantic Avenue about 2:00 Monday morning. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
