Police have identified the victim of yesterday’s fatal stabbing on Weyl Street as 27-year-old Jhiquan Jones of Rochester. The victim was found fatally stabbed in the 200 block of Weyl Street, although police don’t believe he was stabbed there. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
