Rochester’s Costco had to be evacuated Saturday after a store employee accidentally fired off their personal canister of pepper spray. Eight people were treated at the scene by EMTs for pepper spray irritation, but nobody had to be hospitalized. Police say the store employee won’t face charges. The store was closed for about an hour.
