New York State Police have charged a State Corrections Officer with possessing child porn. They say 46-year-old Samuel Ferrara of Seneca Falls shared lewd images of children using his personal computer. He’s been charged with promoting an obscene performance by a child. The investigation is continuing. Ferrara is being held on $1,000 bail.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office is looking for help identifying a man who took photos last week of a minor child inside the Target store in Victor. The incident happened on February 26th, about 4:45 in the afternoon.
