Geneva Police continued their crackdown on heroin sales in that city on Sunday, arresting a 48-year-old Geneva man after a traffic stop. Officers found Miguel Delfi-Gonzalez had heroin packaged for sale. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and sent to jail pending arraignmnent in court.
