Rochester Police have arrested a 27-year-old city man for last month’s murder of Darryle Conner on Jefferson Avenue. They’ve charged 27-year-old Akeem Harris with second degree murder and assault. A 24-year-old Rochester man has been charged with second degree unlawful surveillance. Police say they identified Justin Potts as the man who was spotted covertly photographing a woman in a tanning salon on Park Avenue. A customer and staff called police after the customer noticed someone holding his phone over the tanning booth partition.
