The victim of a shooting on Iceland Park in Rochester last night has been identified as 21-year-old Kevin Giles-Nesmith of Rochester. Police say Giles-Nesmith was shot in the leg near the corner of Jefferson Avenue and is listed in stable condition. They have no suspects in custody and their investigation continues.

A Wayne County man is under arrest after allegedly stealing a diamond ring from the home of a family member. New York State Police say 26-year-old Zachary Patanzo of Newark was charged with grand larceny after the diamond engagement ring disappeared and was being held on $1,000 bail.
