Farmington Teen Charged With Making False Report

A Farmington 17-year-old has been charged with falsely reporting an incident by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office. Donovan Paddock was released on his own recognizance after being charged over an incident at Victor High School. The charge is a Class E felony.
