Rochester Police say a three year old has been killed after being hit by a pickup truck. It happened about 5:00 p.m. on Parsells Avenue near Denver Avenue. He was taken to Rochester General Hospital but pronounced dead there. Police haven’t yet released any identification and they haven’t said if any charges will be filed.
