The man accused of fatally stabbing Jeffrey Mawson at the Hamilton Apartments on Mount Hope Avenue has been indicted on a second degree murder charge by a Monroe County grand jury. Derrick Bovee was an acquaintance of Mawson’s and was arrested earlier this month. Police haven’t released details of what happened or why.
