State Police have arrested a Penfield Man for unlawfully growing marijuana. Troopers say they arrested 41 year old Spike Love early Tuesday after conducting a search warrant at a residence on Dogwood Glen. There police found over Over a 100 marijuana plants and equipment. Love was arraigned in East Rochester Court.
