Rochester Police have a suspect under arrest on a second degree murder charge, accused of killing the man whose body was found Monday in a yard at 65 Wolff Street. They’ve charged 32-year-old Edward Figueroa with causing the victim’s death. They haven’t yet released the victim’s name.
