Geneva Police have arrested a 19-year-old into a five-month investigation of crack dealing in that city. Police there arrested Desmond Carrion of Geneva after determining he was selling crack on Pre-Emption Street and other locations. They charged him with criminal sale of a controlled substance, and he’s being held on $25,000 bail.
