State Police have charged a Wayne County man with menacing, endangering the welfare of a child and drug possession after a domestic dispute. Troopers say 30-year-old Roger Austin of Lyons reportedly threatened his girlfriend with a knife. He was arraigned in Lyons Court and released on his own recognizance.
The New York State Canal Corporation says the Main Street Lift Bridge in Brockport is out of service…shut down while crews are on site making repairs. Cars can still use it. Boats that can’t fit under the bridge won’t be able to pass Brockport. They haven’t given an estimated repair time.
