It’s less than a month to the 40th annual Park Avenue Summer Art Festival. Producer Jeff Springut, Visit Rochester, the city and the Park Avenue Merchants Association rolled out this year’s poster and the entertainment schedule, plus the rules for parking around the event. The Park Ave. fest is August 6th and 7th.
