Rochester Police say the body found in a house on Wilkins Street earlier this week has been identified as a 20-year-old Rochester woman named Ashley Arroyo-Bautista. They haven’t said what caused Arroyo-Bautista’s death… nor if this is a homicide or an accidental death.
