A Canandaigua woman was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated after she was pulled over on I-490 in Rochester and was found to have three children in her car. New York State Police charged 29-year-old Jennifer Race and say the children were all under the age of 10. She’ll appear in City Court next month.
