Gates Police have made two new arrests in connection with the shooting incident at the Diplomat Party House on January 13th. They were identified through surveillance photos posted on Facebook. All three of those people turned themselves in and two were charged.
26-year-old Jose Munz of Rochester was charged with assault and reckless endangerment after he threw a liquor bottle into the crowd, hitting a 26-year-old woman in the head and causing a serious laceration. He’s being held on $7,000 bail.
Also arrested was and 27-year-old Solangie Rodriguez of Greece, likewise charged with flinging a liquor bottle, endangering the safety of the crowd. She was charged with reckless endangerment and released on an appearance ticket.
