Two men are under arrest after a robbery followed by a high speed chase through Rochester last night.
Police were called to the 80 block of Kron Street about 9:50 last night after a Chili woman was held up at gunpoint. The 30-year-old woman gave a description of the two men who robbed her and the car they were driving.
Police spotted that car in the area of Genesee and Magnolia Streets within three minutes. They tried to stop it, but the driver sped away. During the chase the driver stopped briefly and the passenger jumped out of the car. He tried to run but was quickly arrested. The driver then continued the chase until giving up in the 700 block of North Plymouth Avenue, where he surrendered.
Nobody was injured and the investigation is still going on.
